Turn-Around Times for work completion is proposed at time of proposal. Turn-Around Times may be longer or shorter depending on the difficulty of the task.
For example, if you order any service and cancel the order withing 24 Hrs full refund will be done. If services are not started within that Period of time.

Payments for Website design or software projects are made to us in increments as a courtesy to the client. Once a payment or deposit is made, it is non-refundable. If a project is cancelled or postponed,after sample approval all amount paid are retained by Luke Infotech Pvt. Ltd and if applicable, a fee for all work completed beyond what was already paid for shall be paid by the client
If you are 100% not satisfied with the services within the starting or sample proposed , full amount will be refunded

SEO amount charged is half yearly charges and will be refuned pro data basis , if cancelled after 2 month then only amount for 4 month will be refunded. Cancelled within 7 days or order full refund will be done.
Mothly Plans
If any monthly plan is cancelled within 7 days of billing period monthly amount will be refunded that is paid, if charged after that will not be refunded, and from next month we will not charge again
Chargeback
If we receive a chargeback or payment dispute (i.e. PayPal Dispute) from a credit card company or bank, your service and/or project will be suspended without notice. A $50 chargeback fee (issued to recover fees passed on to us by the credit company), plus any outstanding balances accrued as a result of the chargeback(s) must be paid in full before service is restored, files delivered, or any further work is done. Instead of issuing a chargeback, contact us to address any billing issues. Requesting a chargeback or opening a PayPal dispute or bank dispute for a valid charge from us is fraud, and is never an appropriate or legal means of obtaining a refund. Please read and make sure you fully understand our refund policy prior to making a payment.
